"Inseparable"
Introducing the inaugural collaboration between Frank Ape and Kate Clark. An enchanting and playful three print collection featuring Kate's iconic hybrid animals and Frank Ape's magical universe. Both artists are renowned for using anthropomorphized animals to help tell universal stories. The underlying message of these images celebrates our interconnectedness with one another and highlights our responsibility to keep the planet healthy and safe. Frank Ape and Kate continually celebrate inclusivity and the expanded boundaries of gender and identity with their universal characters. For the first time they've come together, merging their iconic styles in this unforgettable collaboration.
Kate Clark creates interspecies sculptures that transcend human limitations. Her hybrids expand the boundaries of identity, gender, and origin. They have been exhibited over the past 15 years across the US, France, England, Korea and Australia in prominent museums such as the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Musée de la Halle Saint Pierre, and the The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. Clark's work is collected internationally and is in public collections such as the JP Morgan Chase Art Collection, the 21c Collection, the Roberts Institute of Art, the Cranbrook Museum, and the C-Collection.
